1. What We Sell

Song Anatomy offers AI-crafted song analysis infographics as digital downloads. Products include individual gallery prints, curated packs, and custom commissions.

2. AI-Crafted Content

All infographics are crafted using artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o and gpt-image-1). While we curate and review outputs, the visual and textual content is AI-crafted. Song lyrics, annotations, and cultural context are sourced from public APIs (Genius, iTunes) and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Digital Delivery

Gallery purchases are available for immediate download after payment. Custom commissions are crafted within approximately 5 minutes and delivered via a unique download link. Each order allows up to 10 downloads.

4. Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.

This consent is confirmed via the checkbox at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after download. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us and we will resolve it.

6. License

You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use purchased infographics. You may print, display, and share for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not permitted.

7. Commission Walk-Away

Custom commissions include a free walk-away option. If you choose to walk away from a commission, the crafted infographic becomes part of the public gallery at no cost to you. No payment is required for walked commissions.

8. Commission Expiry

Custom commissions expire 7 days after crafting is complete. After expiry, the infographic is added to the public gallery and is no longer available for exclusive purchase at the commission price.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are in EUR.

10. Copyright & DMCA

Song Anatomy infographics are original visual analyses. Lyric excerpts are used under fair use / quotation right for commentary and analysis purposes. All lyrics remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to hello@songanatomy.art including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL of the infringing content, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement of good faith belief. We will respond within 48 hours.
